Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or personal preference.
Products can only be returned if:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or faulty.
- The wrong product was sent.
Reporting an Issue

- Include your order number and clear photos and videos of the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
- After verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
